This is a full-time on-site role for a Yard Person based in Moses Lake, WA. The Yard Person will be responsible for daily tasks including organizing, loading, and unloading construction materials, maintaining a clean and organized yard, inspecting materials for quality, and coordinating inventory management. Additional responsibilities include communicating with team members to ensure smooth operations and assisting customers with material pick-ups and deliveries.

• Experience in materials handling, inventory management, and general yard operations
• Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment; forklift certification is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with construction materials, especially siding, is preferred
• Willingness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials
• Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company protocols
