We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. General

Job Duties
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication Skills
  • Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
  • Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Employ motor coordination to make rapid, accurate, precise movements.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
  • Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outdoor tasks.
  • In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some areas.
  • Sudden temperature changes while inside and outside.
  • Fumes from food odors.
  • Exposure to cornmeal dust.
  • Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
  • Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
  • Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
SENSING
  • Talking and hearing on telephone.
  • Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
  • Depth perception.
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand for most tasks. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum in some areas.
  • Walk short distances for short durations.
  • Sit for paperwork at a desk or table.
  • Lift bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Carry items up to 30 pounds (e.g., pizza sauce).
  • Push or pull trays on dollies up to 7.5 pounds of force.
  • Navigate stairs or ladders occasionally.
  • Forward bend and stoop/squat as needed.
  • Reach upwards to 72+ inches and downwards for tasks such as scooping cornmeal.
  • Use hands continuously for tasks requiring eye‑hand coordination.
