Compensation

Competitive first-year salary: $271,741–$293,774 with RVU bonus potential

Signing bonus and relocation assistance available

Schedule & Work Structure

Full-time position with a five-day work week

Average 20–25 patients per day with a well-balanced schedule

Established, busy clinic setting with immediate patient volume

Required Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician

Strong clinical skills with a patient-first approach

Desire to work in a collegial, community-focused environment
