• Join our local team of 5 hospital medicine physicians plus a medical director.
• We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and providing Emergency Medicine services in addition to Hospital medicine.
• Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.
• Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.

• Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.
• Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist back up.
• We proudly sponsor J1 visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required HHS filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.

• Flexible scheduling is available. Full‑time positions follow a 7‑days‑on, 7‑days‑off rotation.

• Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support.
• Candidates must be comfortable with vent management but are not required to do procedures.

• Annual compensation between $315-$360K depending on shift commitment + incentives.
