Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Moses Lake, Washington.

- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy

The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain and enhance quality of life. Working in hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation centers, they create personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy.
Essential Work Functions- Evaluate patients’ conditions using standardized tests and clinical examinations
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Implement treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Operate specialized equipment and modalities safely, ensuring proper maintenance
- Assess progress, adjust plans and document outcomes accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists and other professionals to coordinate care
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and self‑management strategies
- Maintain a safe treatment environment adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development
- Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients
- Perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned
- Critical thinking and excellent interpersonal communication
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Proficient in reading instructions and using basic PC skills
- Physical ability to remain stationary, move equipment (50‑100 lbs), push, pull and bend
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personnel in a professional manner
- Technical/motor skills to handle equipment and assist procedures
- Mental stamina to manage frequent public interaction and meet deadlines under pressure
- Visual acuity and effective communication required
