Assistant Project Manager

Overview

Big Max Construction LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who is experienced with the construction industry, computer programs, and basic project management and estimating processes.

• Tracks project cost expenditures and administering subcontractor contracts.
• Maintains project database for RFI, testing, CO and related logs.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans, consulting with management.
• Budget tracking, report documentation and management, general administrative duties.
• Maintains company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• This role has a lot of potential for growth for the right individual within our organization.

• 2+ years of multi-department administrative experience & prior experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, working independently much of the time.
