About the roleResponsible for chlorate plant operations of the Moses Lake Facility to ensure meeting targets with respect to production volume, product quality, cost, safety, health, security, and environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities- Formulates, recommends, and implements objectives for the chlorate unit.
- Participates in preparing FMC and VC budgets for assigned areas.
- Controls operating costs.
- Directs working relationship with Nouryon global technology organization to improve benchmarking and operations.
- Maintains systems for applicable registrations (OSHA, ISO, etc).
- Implements personnel training and qualifies personnel on operating techniques.
- Prepares and completes AOP Objectives for site.
- Performs any and all jobs assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years experience in chemical manufacturing.
- Ability to access any area of the facility for personnel presence.
- Work environment requires walking, inspecting, climbing in an industrial setting with outside weather conditions.
The hiring salary range for this position is $104,000 to $148,500 annually, with potential to progress through the pay scale based on qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications. Hired applicants are eligible to receive annual bonuses.

Location and ReportingThis is a permanent onsite, full-time position reporting to the Site Plant Manager based in Moses Lake, WA.
