Responsible for chlorate plant operations of the Moses Lake Facility to ensure meeting targets with respect to production volume, product quality, cost, safety, health, security, and environmental stewardship.

• Formulates, recommends, and implements objectives for the chlorate unit.
• Participates in preparing FMC and VC budgets for assigned areas.
• Controls operating costs.
• Directs working relationship with Nouryon global technology organization to improve benchmarking and operations.
• Maintains systems for applicable registrations (OSHA, ISO, etc).
• Implements personnel training and qualifies personnel on operating techniques.
• Prepares and completes AOP Objectives for site.
• Performs any and all jobs assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Ability to access any area of the facility for personnel presence.
• Work environment requires walking, inspecting, climbing in an industrial setting with outside weather conditions.

The hiring salary range for this position is $104,000 to $148,500 annually, with potential to progress through the pay scale based on qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications. Hired applicants are eligible to receive annual bonuses.

This is a permanent onsite, full-time position reporting to the Site Plant Manager based in Moses Lake, WA.
