• Lead, develop and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering organisation
• Build capability, succession plans and future leadership pipelines
• Create a high-performance engineering culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement

• Lead the execution of major manufacturing investment programmes
• Manage and justify significant capital expenditure projects
• Partner with automation and robotics teams to deliver next-generation manufacturing solutions
• Oversee project delivery from concept through commissioning

• Drive lean manufacturing, cycle time reduction and productivity improvements
• Improve manufacturing efficiency across CNC machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, paint and vehicle production operations
