Overview
Registered Nurse | LTC travel assignment in Moses Lake, Washington. Start date 06/01/2026 for 9 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,140 per week to $1,231 per week. Guaranteed hours 40 per week. Evening shift 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (4 on, 2 off rotation). The assignment takes place in an Alzheimer’s/dementia care center with secured units, providing long‑term care to residents.

Long‑term care with Alzheimer’s/dementia care and secured units - Overtime potential
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting, including ongoing assessments, vital signs, and monitoring for changes in condition
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR; document administration and monitor for adverse reactions
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; adjust plans as resident needs evolve
- Monitor safety, mobility, nutrition, hydration, skin integrity, and fall risk; apply infection control and wound care protocols as needed
- Document care in the electronic health record; ensure accurate handoffs to oncoming shifts and maintain resident confidentiality
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition; escalated to supervising clinicians as required; participate in care conferences and family communications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Washington (or eligibility/transfer as allowed)
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited RN program - Experience:
LTC or dementia care experience preferred; strong clinical skills acceptable - Ability to work evenings and the 4-on/2-off rotation; comfortable working in a secured dementia care unit
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt to a fast‑paced long‑term care environment
- Dedicated recruiter and 24/7 travel support throughout the assignment
- Assistance with travel logistics and credentialing for the assignment
- Potential for overtime and extension opportunities
- Weekly pay processing per week with payroll support
- Travel and housing logistics support may be available as part of assignment coordination
