Lake Ridge Center is an Alzheimer's/Dementia specialty care center. Our center is completely secured, with each unit also secured. Each unit averages 28-36 patients, mostly long‑term care. We are looking for an evening shift RN (2p‑10:30p) working a 4 on, 2 off rotation. There is potential for overtime.

• Provide nursing care to residents in LTC settings with accuracy and empathy.
• Monitor and document vital signs, medications, and treatment responses timely.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Administer medications and manage medication administration records (MARs) accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Identify and report potential safety risks and quality concerns promptly.
• Document care activities and maintain precise, up-to-date charting.
• Utilize care pipelines and metrics to track resident progress and outcomes.
• Demonstrate accountability for own performance with goal‑oriented focus.

• Registered Nurse with current state license and LTC experience.
