Job Description:

Embark on a contract nursing role with a focused team dedicated to memory care in a secure, dementia-specific environment. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals living with Alzheimer's and related conditions, in units designed for safe, long-term care with typical unit populations of 28 to 36 residents. The schedule features an evening shift on a four-on, two-off rotation, offering consistency and opportunities to contribute extra hours as needed.

As a valued member of a collaborative care team, you will develop and implement care plans, administer medications as ordered, and document progress to promote dignity, safety, and quality of life for residents.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license
