Responsibilities
House supervisors work within the following responsibilities:
Staffing issues, complaints, shifting of staff, utilization review. Oversee charge nurses on the floors. They also transport patients to morgue/release to nursing homes. Take direct admits from clinic.
Night Shift: FT 36 hrs./wk., 7:00pm-7:30am

Min $41.64 | Max $73.37
- License:
Current Washington State RN Licensure. Compact not accepted. - Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience:
3-5 years acute care nursing care experience, trauma experience. - Education:
Associate's Degree from accredited school of nursing.
- Inter Qual Experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in a variety of acute care nursing departments.
- Certification in TNCC preferred.
Number of Beds: 50 Bed Hospital
Patient Population: ED Flow, Inpatient, the Whole House.
Common Responsibilities:
Report to Traumas and will be the recording nurse in Traumas. Manage diverse issues. Will go to Pharmacy to obtain drugs and may have to do mixing. Pharmacist is always on call.
How many people will the candidate supervise? Oversee charge nurses on the floors. There is a charge nurse in each department (6 total).
Who will the candidate report to? Chief of Patient Care Services (CNO)
