Mercury Group Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) to join a team in Moses Lake, WA. This local contract position offers a competitive pay rate and the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
- Assess residents' health conditions and develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document residents' progress and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Valid RN license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar setting.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
