Overview

Registered Nurse – Director of Nursing position in Moses Lake, Washington. This travel assignment is a six-week engagement in a long-term care nursing home setting. Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the nursing department in a long-term care setting, ensuring high-quality resident care
  • Develop, implement, and monitor care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, supervision, performance feedback, and ongoing education
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintain clinical policies and procedures
  • Monitor medication administration, documentation accuracy, and patient safety initiatives
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcomes reporting; support regulatory audits and inspections
Requirements
  • Active RN license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to license in WA)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, compliance, and patient safety standards
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a dynamic care team and adapt to a travel assignment setting
  • Availability to work the listed shift and meet travel assignment requirements
