• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, following physician orders and facility policies
• Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately, observing the six rights and monitoring for adverse effects
• Perform routine nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, wound care, and care with activities of daily living; assist with treatments and injections as scope allows
• Assess patient condition changes and communicate findings to the supervising RN; participate in developing and updating care plans
• Maintain precise documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies; uphold resident dignity, comfort, and safety through compassionate, patient-centered care

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Washington state
• Education:
  
  LPN diploma or equivalent nursing program completion
• Certifications:
  
  CPR/BLS certification (or equivalent as required)
• Experience:
  
  Prior nursing experience, with LTC or geriatrics preferred (1 year recommended)
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication and teamwork abilities; ability to function effectively in a fast-paced long-term care setting
• Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to participate in a short-term travel assignment
• Willingness to work a 5x8 shift schedule as listed
