Unit Manager, RN

Columbia Crest Center in Moses Lake, WA seeks a Unit Manager, RN to lead clinical care on a skilled nursing and rehab unit. In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities include resident assessment, care planning, medication and treatment administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations for an assigned nursing unit
• Conduct resident assessments and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule nursing staff on the unit
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care and discharge planning
• Monitor quality, safety, and infection control standards
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care and progress
• Document care accurately in EHR/medical records
• Support orientation and ongoing training of nursing staff
