Float Pool Registered Nurse

Columbia Crest Center in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care across our skilled nursing and rehabilitation units. In this role, you will support both short-term rehab and long-term care residents, adapting to changing unit needs while maintaining excellent clinical standards. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, documentation, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents across multiple units based on staffing needs
• Perform comprehensive assessments, vital signs monitoring, and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapy and wound care, per provider orders
• Document care accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
• Support rehabilitation goals through coordinated care and resident/family education
• Respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies promptly and appropriately
• Float flexibly between units, adapting to different resident populations and care priorities
