Hourly Wage

$22.5 - $35.5 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise. They are tech‑savvy, move incoming merchandise to the floor, and maintain entertainment displays.
