General Laborer Job Description
This is a high‑intensity, outdoor role requiring heavy physical labor, including traveling to customer sites, lifting and pulling heavy tarps, climbing and working at heights to cover large hay stacks, in all weather conditions, with long hours and frequent overtime, especially during peak harvest season.
Responsibilities- Travel to multiple customer sites to cover and secure large hay stacks with heavy tarps repeatedly
- Climb stacked hay to position and secure tarps
- Work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty conditions
- Follow safety procedures while working at heights and around equipment
- Perform heavy manual labor, including repetitive lifting and climbing
- Work weather‑driven schedules with early mornings, long days, and weekends during peak seasons
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Assist with general agricultural, production, and construction‑type labor as needed
- Perform heavy manual labor for extended periods
- Lift, pull, and handle large, heavy tarps safely
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Climb stacked hay and work safely at heights
- Maintain a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Tolerate repetitive, physically demanding work and long hours
- Follow safety procedures around equipment and at heights
- Work early mornings, long days, weekends, and frequent overtime during harvest season

Work EnvironmentYou work outdoors at agricultural sites, covering and securing hay stacks in all weather conditions. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 – $20.50/hr.
