• Complete general maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Perform drywall, painting, carpentry, and fixture repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Coordinate with vendors when specialized repairs are needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

• 3+ years of maintenance or handyman experience
• Experience with residential or commercial properties preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Self‑starter who can work independently
• Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have your own basic tools
