The Social Worker position is based at The Bridge Day Treatment Center in Moses Lake, WA, supporting The Bridge and MASH programs. You will manage a caseload, participate in IEPs, and coordinate services with families and partners, addressing trauma and socioeconomic barriers.
The role may involve in-person and virtual support with occasional travel; current ESA certification or ability to obtain WA DOH license is required, and you will work with a diverse school community in Grant County.
