We are hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes. In this role you will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. You will receive competitive pay, benefits, and a limited‑time $5,000 hiring bonus.

• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset

Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54

Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $

Pay varies with experience, routes, attendance, and length of service. Additional accessorial compensation may include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border-crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.

$5K Hiring Bonus is paid in four installments of $1,250, made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active, good‑standing employment.

• Must be currently employed and actively driving.
• Owner/operators and trainees with less than 4 months CDL‑A experience are not eligible.
• Payout schedule: 1st $1,250 after 90 days, 2nd after 180 days, 3rd after 270 days, 4th after 360 days.

Transition Package: $1,800, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first 2 weeks.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• At least 4 months of driving experience (preferred 1 year).
• Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse check required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation.
