Position: Client Services Coordinator
Firm: Perkins Law Group
Location: Moss Point, MS (In-Office)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm | Friday 9am–12pm
Compensation: $45,000 base + performance incentives
Total Comp Potential: $50,000–$55,000

Who We Are Looking For

This is not a receptionist role. The Client Services Coordinator is the first and most consistent voice of Perkins Law Group. You are the person our clients hear when they re nervous, confused, or grieving. You are the reason they show up, stay engaged, and tell their friends about us. You will be measured on outcomes — not activity.

The right person for this role is warm but professional, organized but adaptable, and takes complete ownership of their responsibilities without being told twice. If you need to be managed closely, this is not the right fit.

Core Responsibilities
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all prospective and active clients between attorney and paralegal touchpoints
    • Make outbound confirmation and reminder calls for all workshop registrants, strategy session appointments, and client meetings
    • Execute the firm s follow-up sequences for workshop attendees and no-shows
    • Manage all inbound client calls
    • Respond to client emails and portal messages within the firm s 24-hour response standard
  • Workshop & Event Coordination
    • Own all pre-event logistics and attendee communication for PLG workshops
    • Execute the follow-up sequence for registered attendees
    • Track and report workshop registration, confirmation, and show-up rates weekly
    • Coordinate strategy session scheduling for all workshop attendees and leads
  • Office Operations
    • Greet and manage all walk-in clients and visitors professionally
    • Manage incoming mail, outgoing mail, and bank deposits
    • Maintain office supply inventory and vendor coordination
    • Handle post office runs and routine errands as needed
    • Maintain a clean, professional front-of-house environment consistent with PLG s brand standards
  • Reporting & Tracking
    • Report weekly metrics to the Managing Attorney
    • Flag bottlenecks or no-show patterns immediately — don t wait for the weekly report
Performance Incentives

In addition to your base salary, you will earn incentives related to workshop show ups, strategy session show ups, and 5 star Google reviews generated.

These incentives are designed to reward the outcomes that drive firm growth. A CSC performing at full capacity can expect $500–$800/month in additional incentive compensation.

You Are the Right Fit If You:
  • Have 2+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services environment (law firm, medical office, financial services, real estate, or other professional environment)
  • Are comfortable making outbound calls — you don t wait for people to come to you
  • Take ownership without excuses — if something falls through the cracks, you own it and fix it
  • Are punctual, reliable, and professionally presented every single day
  • Can manage multiple moving pieces without losing the human touch with clients
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning case management and intake software (Clio and Lawmatics)
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment with high standards
