Overview
HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is looking for a District Admin to join their safety-conscious team. The Senior District Admin - Industrial Services is responsible for managing direct reports in a designated territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with policies and procedures. Works with corporate departments to support branch and administrative initiatives.

- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Oversee administrative programs and processes for the assigned area of responsibility across multiple branches, districts and/or regions to optimize workflow and enforce consistency, with a focus on the quote to cash process and customer contract compliance. Payroll background a plus.
- Participate in development of initiatives, strategies, and administrative plans to align with organizational goals, setting objectives, and establishing timelines for program execution.
- Track program progress, measure outcomes using KPIs, assess performance, and implement improvements.
- Act as primary point of contact with internal teams, clients, external partners, and other stakeholders; facilitate engagement and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and present program updates to senior leadership as needed.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- High School diploma or equivalent (required);
Business-related Bachelor's preferred - 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record
