Position Overview As a Retail Bank Teller I/II, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in creating a positive banking experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are personable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction

Process deposits for retail and commercial accounts (checking and savings)
Accept and process loan payments

Cash checks and handle account withdrawals

Assist with night depository and vault duties

Build strong customer relationships through friendly and professional service

Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate bank staff for additional products and services

Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
