** Key Responsibilities
*** Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
* Process deposits for retail and commercial accounts (checking and savings)
* Accept and process loan payments
* Cash checks and handle account withdrawals
* Assist with night depository and vault duties
* Build strong customer relationships through friendly and professional service
* Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate bank staff for additional products and services
* Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
