• Manage the finance and insurance department to meet dealership objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Present finance and insurance products to customers effectively and professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations related to finance and insurance.
• Train and mentor finance and insurance staff.
• Analyze financial statements and credit reports to determine the best financing options.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet sales goals.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and local eligibility to work.
