** daily cleaning:
**** conference rooms, hallways, reception ,office cubicles, locker room, breakroom, kitchenette, qc building, maintenance, hr trailer
** 1all trash receptacles to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point.  Replace liner anddamp wipe receptacle if needed.
2vacuum all carpeting, including carpet mats, pay special attention to traffic lanes in reception area and entry way.
3clean and polish drinking fountain/water dispenser4thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces:  including desktops, telephones, files windowsill, chairs, tables, pictures and alll manner of furnishing in above namedarea.  Dust common areas and desk(by permission only)5kitchen/breakroom areas:  damp wipe table, chairs, counter, exterior of appliances, and sink.check walls and cabinets for splash/spill marks and remove as necessary.  Open food left inbreakroom is considered trash and dispose of6dust mop hard surface floors with a non-treated dust mop7damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage or soiled areas8damp wipe entrance metal and finger marks on entrance glass in reception area and entry way9spot clean partition glass
10pay special attention to reception area daily, vacuum, dust and spot clean all glass and smugs
11use a high co-efficient disinfectant and color coded microfiber cloths for proper sanitation.
** restrooms

** weekly cleaning:
**** conference rooms, hallways, reception ,office cubicles, locker room, breakroom, kitchenette, qc building, maintenance, hr trailer
** 1dust all vertical surfaes of desk, file cabinets, chairs, table, and other furniture & furnishings2dust baseboards and ledges.  Damp wipe as needed3vacuum all carpeting & carpet mats, taking care to get into corners, along edges and undermats, and beneath furniture4damp mop hard surface floors 3 times a week, taking care to get into corners, along edge sunder mats and beneath furniture5damp wipe telephones using a disinfectant6wipe inside and outside of windows in entrance and production area7use a high co-efficient disinfectant and color coded mircofiber cloths for proper sanitation
** monthly cleaning:
**** conference rooms, hallways, reception ,office cubicles, locker room, breakroom, kitchenette, qc building, maintenance, hr trailer
** 1accomplish all high dusting up to 12 feet, not reached in the above-mentioned cleaning.
** do not use ladder
** 2remove fingerprints and marks from around light switched and door frames using a cloorcoded mircofiber cloth and disinfectant all duties as assigned.
