Deli Bakery Department Manager

Greer's Markets -  - Responsibilities:
Hire, discipline, promote, and evaluate Deli Bakery Department personnel; orient/train associates and develop weekly labor schedules; monitor sales, gross profit, and labor projections; follow merchandising plans and allocate shelf space; supervise deli operations including unloading trucks, inventory, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health department requirements; communicate with store management on merchandising decisions and problem-solving; conduct department meetings to review merchandising and operations;

maintain high food quality and efficient production standards.
