Customer Service Representative
, you’ll join our client’s established industrial supply team and help businesses secure the welding, safety, and gas products essential to their operations. This role combines responsive customer service with consultative inside sales, allowing you to build lasting relationships and solve real customer needs.

• Contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert customer needs into sales
• Make outbound calls and emails to follow up with leads and existing customers
• Recommend products, address objections, provide quotes, and prepare sales orders
• Build strong relationships with business and industrial customers
• Monitor inventory and communicate expected delivery dates
• Maintain customer and sales information within company systems
• Partner with outside sales representatives and resolve delivery concerns

• Bachelor’s degree, relevant training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to interpret safety documents, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals
• Comfort preparing reports and calculating discounts, commissions, percentages, and proportions
• Ability to regularly lift 10–20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience using inventory or order-processing systems
