• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles and features to prospective customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer and dealership goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current models, promotions, and dealership inventory.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related retail sales role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
