General Laborers

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join a concrete finishing team in the Moss Point, MS area. This position supports concrete finishing crews on residential and commercial projects and is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn the trade.

Responsibilities:

• Assist concrete finishers with daily job site tasks
• Prepare and clean work areas, tools, and equipment
• Help with pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete
• Carry materials such as forms, rebar, and tools
• Perform basic concrete tasks such as edging, jointing, and surface prep (as trained)
• Follow safety procedures and job site rules
• Load and unload trucks and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Dependable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to learn and take directions
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Previous construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience in concrete finishing or construction
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• OSHA 10 certification
• Valid driver's license
