Description:
- Check and verify incoming deliveries against documentation
- Book in stock accurately and timeously
- Manage stock transfers between branches (Mossel Bay and George)
- Maintain accurate inventory control and records
- Process and manage customer returns
- Arrange couriers and manage related documentation
- Prepare and process banking
- Assist with counter sales when required
- Maintain accurate filing and administrative records
- Liaise with internal departments and branch staff as needed
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience handling stock and inventory
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and proactive
- Reliable and responsible
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
