This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Café Gannet in Mossel Bay. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating hiring and training, monitoring food and beverage quality, and maintaining high operational standards. The role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to foster a positive dining experience and efficient business practices.

- Strong Communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Experience with Hiring and training staff
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, quality control, and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly desirable
- Certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
