About the Role
Our client is seeking an energetic and reliable Regional Sales Driver to cover the Mossel Bay, Western Cape area and its surrounding regions. This dual-purpose role combines driving responsibilities with sales activities, requiring an individual who can not only deliver products efficiently but also engage with customers to promote and sell goods. You will be responsible for managing inventory in your vehicle, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to business growth within the beautiful coastal province of the Western Cape , working with a company that values initiative and customer relationships.
- Drive to assigned customer locations within the Mossel Bay region to deliver products and secure sales orders.
- Actively promote and sell company products, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Manage inventory within the delivery vehicle, ensuring stock levels are accurate and orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Process sales transactions, collect payments, and provide customers with receipts and relevant documentation.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, organized, and in good working order through regular checks.
- Valid Code 10 driver's license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Mossel Bay and surrounding areas' road networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
