Qualifications :
Valid driver's license combined with a PDP - if no PDP must be comfortable getting one to ensure safety of staff transport Fluent in English and Afrikaans - Xhosa would be hugely beneficial hands-on and basic knowledge of hand tools and landscaping tools 3 years minimum in construction industry or as a general handman (advantageous) Competencies :
Strong communication Problem solving skills Attention to detail Trustworthy Reliable Client centric Ability to work within a team environment (no hierarchy structure - everyone rolls up sleeves and gets stuck in) Physically fit Sober habits Preferred nonsmoker
