Position: Nurse Supervisor – RN / LPN – $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Employer: NHC Health Care Moulton

• Oversee staffing, admissions, and discharges.
• Provide education and conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Address family and resident concerns.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Monitor care to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Carry out disciplinary actions per personnel policies.
• Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as needed.
• Monitor resident lab schedules and results.
• Track 24‑hour report sheets and follow up accordingly.

• Preferred graduate from an accredited nursing school (BSN, ASN).
• Licensed to practice in this state.
• Participates in continuing education to maintain current knowledge and licensure requirements.
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in ventilator unit, critical care, or special care.
