Nurse Supervisor - RN / LPN - $5000 Sign On Bonus

Position:
Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN

NHC Health Care Moulton is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN to join our team. Nurse Supervisor responsibilities include overseeing staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN) – preferred.
• Licensed to practice in this state.
• Participates in continuing education to maintain current licensure and knowledge of current trends and developments in nursing.
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in ventilator unit, critical care, or special care.

• Supervises and evaluates work performance of nursing staff.
• Monitors care to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Carries out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies.
• Completes admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed.
• Monitors resident lab schedule and results.
• Monitors 24‑hour report sheets and follows up accordingly.
