Front Desk Receptionist – Weekend
Provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external customers while directing visitors, answering multiple phone lines, responding to routine questions, and routing calls to appropriate personnel.
Assist with the coordination of the patient admission process, including proper intake call routing, scheduling transportation, and greeting patients upon arrival.
Perform related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and other assigned tasks.
Shift: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am. Primarily scheduled for weekends with occasional weekday coverage to meet routine absences or increased workload.
Shift differential pay qualifies.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service is required; healthcare experience preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in a patient care field, especially with substance abuse or behavioral health patients, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and basic office equipment/computer proficiency required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, variable environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
