Position Overview:

We are seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with experience managing high-end custom home projects. This individual will play a key role in coordinating with homeowners, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure luxury residential projects are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and capable of balancing construction execution with strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-end custom residential construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and field teams
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with superintendents and subcontractors throughout all project phases
• Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

Location:

Candidates located in or near South Georgia are strongly preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, and project execution
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working directly with homeowners, architects, and design teams
• Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools preferred

Benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and overall fit
