We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee high‑end custom residential construction projects in South Georgia

• Manage luxury custom home projects from pre‑construction through completion
• Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensure seamless communication between all project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the construction process

• Experience managing high‑end custom residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and scheduling
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience collaborating with homeowners, architects, and design teams
• Experience using construction management software is a plus

Preferred location:
Candidates located in or near South Georgia are strongly preferred.

• $90,000 to $130,000 based on experience
• Truck allowance or company vehicle
• 401(k)
