We are seeking a well‑rounded Project Manager with experience managing high‑end custom home projects. This individual will play a key role in coordinating with homeowners, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure luxury residential projects are delivered successfully.

The ideal candidate is organized, client‑focused, and capable of balancing construction execution with strong relationship management skills.

• Manage high‑end custom residential construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and field teams
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with superintendents and subcontractors throughout all project phases
• Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

Candidates located in or near South Georgia are strongly preferred.

• Experience managing high‑end custom residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, and project execution
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience working directly with homeowners, architects, and design teams
• Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools preferred
• Salary range: $90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and overall fit
