We're looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to lead luxury custom home projects from groundbreaking through final walkthrough. • Lead high-end custom residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate homeowners, architects, designers, superintendents, and subcontractors throughout every phase of construction.
• Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

• Experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and project execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working directly with homeowners, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Experience with construction management software and project tracking tools is a plus.

Competitive salary: $90,000 - $130,000 based on experience
