Moultrie, GAPosition:
Full-time Neurologist Practice:
Established practice with experienced board-certified neurologist and support from 2 NPs
• Salary & Bonus:oCompetitive guaranteed salary (commensurate with experience) o 100% of shared practice profits as bonus
• Clinic
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Call: 7 days/month required; extra pay for additional call
• Teaching Opportunity:
Option to precept medical students and residents
Clinic Facilities:
• Located 3 minutes from hospital campus
• 5 exam rooms and 1 procedure room
• Patient volume: 15-20 patients/day Procedures Performed:
• EMGs, EEGs, Botox
• Trigger point injections / occipital nerve blocks
• Open to performing LPs or carpal tunnel injections
Hospital Facilities:
• Physicians' lounge with meals provided

Requirements:
• Completion or upcoming completion of neurology residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible (must obtain board certification if eligible)
• Candidate must be able to perform EMGs and EEGs
• No visa sponsorship available

• Myelogram•Neurosonography / Ultrasound Other:
