The Director of Operations is essential to the management of our clinical staff and care center operations.
- Assure state and federal regulatory compliance applicable to home health and reimbursement issues.
- Educate all staff members about state and federal rules and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between staff, patients, physicians, and other health care providers.
- Monitor clinical episode management and provide direction or redirection as necessary.
- Collaborate with the medical community to promote home care services.
- Recruit, hire, orient, assign, evaluate, and guide staff to meet agency and patient needs.
- Ensure delivery of quality care, support business development, and improve agency efficiency and fiscal success.
Same as minimum requirements, emphasizing licensure, experience, and regulatory knowledge.
