Responsibilities- Transport patients to and from various locations local and long distance using company vehicles.
- Work under direct supervision and in a team environment; demonstrate the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Hours and days for this position will vary based on patient scheduling; this is a full-time role.

- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ten (10) years driving experience operating passenger car, van or bus.
- One (1) year experience in a patient field, preferred.
- Experience working with substance abuse or behavioral health patients, preferred.
- Current Georgia Driver's License with:
- no more than 3 moving violations during the past 3 years
- no multiple violations for driving without insurance
- no more than 2 accidents on record for the past 3 years
- no DUI or DWI convictions within the past 7 years
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and handling of materials.
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team without continuous supervision.
- Regular and consistent attendance is an essential job function; reliable transportation is required. Company vehicles are used for patient transport.
