Sales Management Trainee

Overview

We are hiring for our Management Training Program. This role offers a career path in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations with training, development, and a culture of promotion from within.

This position is located at 916 1ST AVE SE STE 2 MOULTRIE, GA 31768 and will also include other locations in the Albany, GA market.

As a Manager in Training (MT), you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will get out into the community to build essential relationships.

We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Ours is a culture of friendly competition, critical to growing our business and your success.

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past three years.
  • Candidate with more than one excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) within last three years will be disqualified from consideration.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past five years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
