General Manager; Site Leader

Overview

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a fast‑growing national car wash chain headquartered in Thomaston, GA. We are seeking a General Manager (Site Leader) to oversee all aspects of a station’s business, leading a team of 10‑15 employees and ensuring exceptional guest experiences with a focus on operations, customer service, and profitability.

• Lead and develop a small team, fostering teamwork, safety, and a culture of fun
• Provide overall operational leadership, meeting volume, revenue, and profit goals
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll support, equipment checks, and facility upkeep
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain employees at all positions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including landscaping and equipment rooms
• Deliver customer service excellence through quality, friendly interactions with guests
• Respond to operational issues, resolve problems, and implement process improvements

• 3+ years of customer‑facing and leadership experience
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills
• Ability to work physical tasks, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50lb
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company driving program
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines

This role requires continuous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, climbing, and crouching for up to 8–10hr per shift. Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lb regularly and occasionally more with assistance. May involve exposure to water, chemicals, noise, and moving mechanical equipment. Work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, and may require occasional driving for company business.

Base pay plus premium for hours over full‑time, bonus structure, and profit‑sharing program. Average annual income:
Year1 $ 80k+, Year2 $ 90k+, Year3 $ 100k+ (subject to various factors).
