As a branch manager, you will oversee daily operations, staff development, and customer experience to support the bank’s mission.

• Supervise the operations of the branch including lobby and teller line, staffing schedules, audits, employee performance evaluation, and compliance monitoring.
• Recruit, train, coach, lead, schedule, motivate, and evaluate a team of branch associates.
• Optimize resource utilization to meet branch operational needs.
• Devise and demonstrate effective sales strategies to attract, expand, and retain customer relationships, guiding the team to achieve sales objectives through action planning.
• Oversee the customer experience within the branch, assessing feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and resolving complex problems to ensure service excellence.
• Manage branch safety, security, and compliance; protect against criminal or fraudulent activity, risk, or exposure.
• Perform regular audits of vault and teller cash with proper documentation.
• Represent the bank in business development efforts and at networking and community functions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of banking products, programs, services, and promotions.
• Lead or co‑facilitate training and staff meetings.
• Provide backup support to other branches as needed.
• Approve policy exceptions within authorized limits.
• Ensure achievement of branch objectives, sales and service targets set by leadership.
• Perform all sales and service functions of the branch as required.
• Demonstrate leadership, coaching, mentoring, and high‑performance team retention skills.
• Practice ethical sales behaviors in accordance with the Bank’s Core Values of Integrity and Honesty, always acting in the best interest of the customer when offering additional products and services.

• Highly motivated team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of branch operations, banking policies, and procedures.
• Intermediate PC proficiency and familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Office products.
• Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience, including supervisory and leadership responsibilities.
• Branch operations experience required.
• Cross‑selling experience required.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Consumer credit experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, training, or experience required.
