Salary Range: $15.00 To $15.00 Annually

• Yard utility operators provide general assistance wherever it may be needed in the production area while maintaining the safety of themselves and anyone around them.
• Use numerous types of equipment to move salvaged vehicles throughout the yard.
• Weld different types of stands.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility through sweeping designated areas, emptying and sorting core bins, processing aluminum, copper, brass and other precious metals, packaging and weighing core batteries, and removing Freon from scrap refrigeration units.
• Operate a forklift and small equipment.
• Respond to various types of customer requests.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with forklift and small equipment operation, previous heavy equipment operation, general maintenance and understanding of mechanical equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
